The new logo reflects a university forging ahead in the ever-changing, ever–evolving landscape of higher education.
It will be used by the university's three campuses in Durham, Manchester, and Concord for digital, print, and environmental branding. The new institutional mark will join the visual identity system that includes the university seal and the Wildcat logos used by UNH Athletics.
The logo was enthusiastically chosen by an advisory panel of students, alumni, faculty, and staff. The panel reviewed ideas and suggestions from hundreds of people who care deeply about UNH and its image.
This work was developed over fourteen months in partnership with respected design firm Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv.
The result is a world-class logo that boldly distinguishes and represents New Hampshire's flagship public research university.
